Each site is managed by our vastly competent and highly experienced Team Leaders with able assistance from residential supervisors.Currently, there are fifty slots available at ten sites on the south side of Chicago.THE CLARISSE,located at 7951 S.Marquette is a 6-person CILA managed by a team leader and 8 Residential Supervisors, The KWESI,located at 9745 South Michigan,the PADDY,at 1954 E 73RD place, the MARCELIN,at 8046 South Phillips, the ACKON at 6742 S.Clairemont and the ABIOLA,located at 1954 E.73rd place are 4-Person CILAs.managed by Team Leaders each of whom are assisted by four Residential supervisors per site.The NANA, located at 903 West 86th Place is a 5-Person CILA headed by a Team Leader assisted by 6 Residential Supervisors.The EKOW,located at 6621 S.Maplewood is a 3-Person CILA headed by a Team Leader assisted by four Residential Supervisors.The FUNMI, located at 252 w. 60th Place is a 7-Person co-ed CILA headed by a Team Leader assisted by 8 Residential Supervisors. THE Ayo,located at 12016 S.STEWART is a 6-person,all-female site headed by a Team Leader,and assisted by 8 Residential supervisors.

An outstanding feature of our program is the EMERGENCY OR NO-CALL SYSTEM,aimed at making our staff readily and easily accessible to our service recipients,24-HOUR AROUND THE CLOCK.This system assures, as well as ensures timely intervention in times of crisis.At Dubois Douglas centres, our goal is to make that possible.Such is our noble cause, such is our Pledge, and even more importantly such is the nature of our calling.
